We do not assume any responsibility for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. We cannot be held liable for any material or intellectual damages incurred directly or indirectly through the use or non-use of the information provided or through the use of incorrect or incomplete information unless intentional or grossly negligent fault can be proven. The provider reserves the right to temporarily or permanently change, supplement, delete or suspend the Internet site in part or in whole without prior notification. Pursuant to Section 5 para.1 of the Interstate Agreement on Media Services (MDStV), we assume responsibility for our “own content” provided here. Our own content must be distinguished from links to content by other providers (Section 5 para.2 MDStV). However, links are always “living” (dynamic) references. Links are created after first checking the external content. However, it is impossible to monitor changes in the external content, so that a link to content that, in retrospect, is legally questionable is theoretically possible but cannot be avoided in practice. If there is an indication that specific content, to which a link has been provided here, is legally inadmissible (according to Section 8 MDStV), the link to this content will be removed immediately. It is in the nature of the website to illustrate links to third-party content by text and/or image citations, provided that we have no suitable text or image of our own. No copies of copyrighted originals will be made. Should copyright infringements nevertheless occur, this is not in the interests of the provider and, after appropriate notification, these will be removed. The layout of the website, the graphics used and all other content remain protected by copyright.
Legal validity of the disclaimer
This disclaimer is to be regarded as part of the online content from which a link was provided to this page. Insofar as any part of or individual formulation within this text is not, no longer or not fully in conformity with applicable law, the remaining parts of the document will remain unaffected in terms of their content and validity.
WEBSITE PRIVACY STATEMENT PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 GDPR 2016/679
This document is intended to provide information on the processing, purposes, methods and, in general, on the management of the data collected through the website. The policy only applies to this website and thus excludes other pages accessed via links. In view of this, in accordance with Article 13 of European Regulation 2016/679 and the provision of Data Protection Guarantor No.229 of 8 May 2014, we are taking the opportunity to inform you of the following:
You can contact the Data Protection Officer directly on +39 (0)473 623151 or by email at email@example.com.
TYPE OF DATA
The data processed through the website is personal data of a general nature (e.g. and not limited to email, personal data, etc.) and, in general, all the data necessary to provide the service and respond to requests received. Under no circumstances does our company process, without prior consent, data of a particular nature in accordance with Article 9 of European Regulation 2016/679 (e.g. health conditions, political opinions, sexual orientation, etc.) or personal data in connection with criminal convictions or offences in accordance with Article 10 of the same European Regulation.
PURPOSES AND METHODS OF DATA HANDLING
Data processing is used to respond to requests received. The data provided is also processed for legal, tax and accounting purposes as well as to manage the business relationship between the parties. For these purposes, the provision of data is mandatory as it is impossible to meet the above requirements if no data is provided. With your consent, the data may also be used to keep you informed about our advertising and marketing activities. In this case, the provision of data is optional, and a refusal to provide data has no consequences. Under no circumstances is your data passed on to third parties for marketing purposes. Please refer to the following sections for how to manage cookies. The data collected is processed in paper form and with electronic tools configured to ensure an adequate level of data security.
The data is kept for the period that is necessary for carrying out the service requested or the order placed and also with regard to all other legally prescribed storage obligations.
GOOGLE WEB FONTS
This site uses “web fonts” provided by Google so that fonts can be uniformly displayed. When you access a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.
To do this, the browser you use must connect to Google’s servers. As a result, Google learns that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interests of a consistent and attractive presentation of our online offers. This constitutes a legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6 para. 1 f) GDPR.
If your browser does not support Google Web Fonts, a default font will be used by your computer.
DISCLOSURE OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
In principle, we only use your personal data inside our company. However, we cannot exclude the possibility that, when data is passed on to third parties, it will be transferred to another EU country, a non-EU country or to an international organisation if it reflects the purpose of the data processing.
Insofar as we involve third parties in the fulfilment of contracts (such as logistics service providers), these third parties will only receive the personal data that is necessary for carrying out the corresponding service.
In the event that we outsource certain aspects of data processing (“order processing”), we contractually oblige the processors to use personal data only in accordance with the requirements of the applicable data protection laws and to ensure that the data subject’s rights are protected.
DATA OBTAINED BY NAVIGATION
During navigation, the website collects the information necessary for proper, secure browsing, such as IP addresses, MAC addresses, domain names of computers belonging to users connecting to the Website, and any other technical information associated with the use of Internet communication protocols. This data is not associated with directly identifiable users and is only used to obtain anonymous statistical information about the use of the website and to check its proper functioning, and only for the period strictly necessary for the performance of such operations.
WHAT ARE COOKIES?
The Cookies Regulation of 8 May 2014 defines cookies as “small strings of text that are sent to the user’s terminal (usually to the user’s browser) by websites the user has visited. These are stored there to be then re-transmitted to the websites on the user´s subsequent visits to those websites”. During the visit to a website, the user may also receive on his terminal cookies sent by different websites or web servers (“third parties”) on which some elements (such as images, maps, sounds, certain links to other domains) of the website he is visiting may be located. Cookies can be used for a variety of purposes, such as performing computer authentications, storing information about the configuration of machines accessing the server, preferred websites, etc. The different types of cookie are explained below.
TYPES OF COOKIES
Technical cookies: Technical cookies are those which are essential for browsing and which may be temporary in nature (stored only for the duration of navigation; once you close your browser, these cookies will be deleted) or permanent (stored for a longer period and not deleted after browsing). These cookies, precisely because they have technical characteristics, do not require users’ prior consent. Profiling cookies: These are used to determine your preferences and to send you advertising messages or commercial offers based on these preferences. For this reason, their installation requires the prior consent of the user. Analytical cookies: These are cookies that are used to track visits and the use of the website on a statistical basis. One of the most important services used by the websites is “Google Analytics”, provided by Google Inc., with which it is possible to obtain statistical data about navigation on the website. This type of cookie is considered to be a profiling cookie, unless you proceed to the complete or partial anonymisation of the IP address, which prevents the disclosure of information to Google (in this case, taking into account technical cookies). The types of cookies described above can be divided into “first party” cookies, which are processed and managed directly by the owner of the website, and “third party” cookies, which are processed and managed by third parties other than the owner (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, etc.).
COOKIES USED ON OUR WEBSITE
Our website uses only technical cookies.
EXERCISING YOUR RIGHTS
You can contact the data controller and/or data protection officer to obtain all information and to exercise your legal rights (access to data, deletion, correction or restriction of processing). If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, you can contact the supervisory authority.
